The Basics for Ministry Growth
12 simple but huge questions to ask yourself
1. Can you pray with and for people?
2. Do you tithe? If you want people to give to what you are
doing you need to give.
3. Can you follow directions?
4. Are you willing to walk with people after you pray with
them?
5. Do you hear God’s voice?
6. Can you lead by example? Are you inline with the five fold
gift ministry- apostles, prophets, evangelist, pastors, and
teachers?
7. Can you listen to people as much as you speak?
8. Can you work in love and unity?
9. Do you care more about living in His presence than in
being right?
10. Are you willing to be broken in order to be used?
11. Can you represent God?
If you can do these things then most likely you are a minister. If
you can’t then there is some wood, hay and stubble needing to be
cleared out of your life.
